We are happy to welcome you to our website and would like to introduce ourselves: We, Dr. Bernhard Michel and Eberhard Lange, founded Simuloptics GmbH in February 2006 based on our long-standing experience providing consulting services. We at Simuloptics provide software and engineering services for optics and lighting technology, meeting the needs of our world-wide customer base better than ever.

Our services cover the design, simulation, analysis and optimization of optical systems (for example, free-form reflectors, illumination systems, sensor systems), as well as modelling of light scattering and diffraction.

As the exclusive representative in German-speaking Europe and The Netherlands, we offer the world-leading optical software ASAP™, the most comprehensive geometrical and physical optics modeler on the market (Breault Research Organization, USA), FDTD Solutions™ — an intuitive and flexible design and analysis tool for micro and nano-optics (Lumerical, Canada) — as well as other customer-specific, tailor-made software solutions.
